Frill and Fringe Skirt - Black

Very stretchy frill and fringe skirt with crinoline hem and elasticated waist. The skirt is fitted around your hips and has a "kicked out" effect in the lower section. Very narrow semi-"see through" section separates the kicked out section from the upper skirt.

It can also be made to custom sizes.
